Course Description

This comprehensive course will give you a deep understanding of the attentional skills of mindfulness and how to practice and develop those skills for lasting change.
You'll explore 5 techniques. With each one we'll unpack how to practice, the benefits, things to watch out for and how to get the most out of your practice time. You'll practice each technique with a live guided practice so you'll gain valuable experience with expert support.
You'll learn how to navigate challenges that may arise in your practice. You'll learn to skillfully overcome obstacles and take advantage of the rewards that naturally emerge through consistent practice.
You'll get a unique approach to practicing mindfulness in every day life - including while you're at your busiest.
You'll learn the Unified Mindfulness Signature technique which is incredibly adaptable. Perfect for use both in a quite place or when you're busy out in the world doing your thing.
You'll learn a technique to support you're being able to rest and recharge even when you're hectic!
Remember that aliveness and spontaneity of expression you felt as a kid? You'll learn a technique to explore and develop spontaneity.

Requirements
A quiet space where you will be uninterrupted and where you have the facilities to access our live zoom classes.
You'll need to be available for the 1.5 hour class time once a week for 8 weeks.
The course grows from week to week. It is highly recommended that you attend every class to make the most of the opportunity.
To really notice the impact of what you learn we ask that you practice a technique (or techniques) that you've learnt during the course for a minimum of 10 minutes a day for the duration of the course. While not a 'requirement' it is definitely a 'strongly recommended'.
