1 Day Retreat

A Live Online Retreat

Take your mindfulness skills and your happiness to the next level.

Give yourself a transformative gift.

This course includes:

— 10am to 4pm
— Clear Instruction
— Guided Meditations
— Silent Sits
— QandA time

Participating in a retreat is a wonderful way to grow and deepen your mindfulness skills.

Developing any skill requires practice and a clear framework for skill development.

Our 1 Day Retreats exist to help support both of these with periods of instruction, opportunities for QandA, guided meditation and periods of silent practice.

To make the opportunity as available as possible we have opted for an online Retreat Program as a deliberate way to remove the tyranny of distance (and associated costs) for those you might otherwise be unable to attend.

Our 1 Day Retreats will occur throughout the year with a range of techniques being explored.

If you don't have experience it is a requirement to attend the Introductory Instruction Period (scheduled prior to the official start time) in order to be given an overview of the Unified System.

The specific technique/s that are focused on during the retreat will be introduced in the first official period of the day (after the Introductory Instruction Period).

We’ve opted for this to make them as accessible as possible.

In the future we will run in-person Retreats in various urban and regional centres but currently we’re only offering online programs.

A Retreat gives you the opportunity to maintain a formal practice for longer periods. Sitting with others can also be a great way to feel supported when your trying something challenging. Retreats helps us to elevate our base level of mindful awareness in everyday life.

Retreats are also a great place to learn new information about Mindfulness Practice that you can apply in your own practice. This can include strategies to make Mindfulness practice more integrated into the activities of your daily life. There are a number of these strategies that can be utilised. These help you add to the overall amount of Mindfulness Practice you do with relative ease.

Retreat practice helps you deepen your skills and the benefits of practice.
