A Live Online Retreat
Take your mindfulness skills and your happiness to the next level.
Give yourself a transformative gift.
This course includes:
— Clear Instruction
— Guided Meditations
— QandA time
Participating in a retreat is a wonderful way to grow and deepen your mindfulness skills.
Developing any skill requires practice and a clear framework for skill development.
Our 1 Day Retreats exist to help support both of these with periods of instruction, opportunities for QandA, guided meditation and periods of silent practice.
To make the opportunity as available as possible we have opted for an online Retreat Program as a deliberate way to remove the tyranny of distance (and associated costs) for those you might otherwise be unable to attend.
Our 1 Day Retreats will occur throughout the year with a range of techniques being explored.

Requirements
It is not essential that participants have experience with Aussie Meditation or the Unified Mindfulness System in order to attend a retreat. If you don't have experience it is a requirement to attend the Introductory Instruction Period (scheduled prior to the official start time) in order to be given an overview of the Unified System.
The specific technique/s that are focused on during the retreat will be introduced in the first official period of the day (after the Introductory Instruction Period).
