In this Workshop you'll learn the Core Skills of Mindfulness as defined by the Unified Mindfulness System.

We'll show you how practising a Mindfulness Technique provides a framework for developing those Core Skills. Like training at the gym leads to improvements in your physical fitness, training the core attention skills of mindfulness leads to experiencing the research supported benefits of mindfulness.
We’ll unpack the Unified Mindfulness Signature Technique which is both precise and adaptable allowing you to take mindfulness practice into every part of your day.
You’ll learn how the Unified System divides the world of sensory experience to create a framework that gives a meditator an enormous range of options. This clarity and the range of possibilities is motivating and fascinating.
If you’re someone who believes that having a ‘busy mind’ or ‘being emotional’ means you can’t meditate - think again. Like any kind of experience, auditory or visual thought and emotion can be used as ‘focus objects’ during meditation - in fact they can be great sources of insight.
